The latest twist in this game is that it allows you to create tests for people to take, and they could potentially become part of the testing process. Have you made yours yet?

I have just created one which is loosely based around LOST ;)

Character Episode: Sawyer

Quick Recap On Flashback:
Sawyer is in a hotel room with a woman who we assume is his girlfriend. They’re talking and smooching when she notices the time and reminds Sawyer that he should be at a meeting. He quickly rushes to get dressed and grabs his brief case off the top of the wardrobe, but it opens and reveals a whole lot of cash which falls out onto the floor.

After Sawyer has explained that the money is part of a deal that will triple it, and that his meeting is with someone to put in the other half that’s needed, she tells him that she will invest the other half. Sawyer asks her where she’s going to get that much money from, to which she replies “my husband”.

A meeting is soon in place with the woman and her husband. Her husband is a little reluctant to get in on the deal until Sawyer tells him he can take his half of the cash with him and keep it for the night. The man is only 100% convinced that this is a legit deal when Sawyer calmly tells him that he’ll find someone else and starts to walk away.

In a bar, Sawyer is playing pool with someone who it turns out Sawyer owes money to. Sawyer explains that he likes to spend the money as much as he likes to earn it. The guy isn’t too impressed with his charm and tells Sawyer he wants his money back.

A few days later Sawyer is at the womans house to collect her husbands money for the deal, but when he sees that they have a young boy it triggers some bad memories for him and decides to call the deal off. He leaves the house with an angry man shouting after him.

Quick Recap On Island:
Sawyer catches Boone rumaging through “his stuff” and gives him a good beating for it.

At the caves, Sayid is explaining to Jack what happened to him when he tried to start the transceiver, when Boone arrives covered in blood. Boone explains to Jack that Shannon has asthma (and is starting to suffer with it), and that her inhalers were in his luggage along with the book, “Watership Down”. He saw Sawyer reading that book earlier, which means if he has his luggage he’ll have the inhalers.

Jack goes to the beach and starts looking through Sawyers things. Sawyer sees this and the two start shouting at each other. It gets pretty heated until they are interupted by Kate.

Later, Kate speaks with Sawyer alone. She asks Sawyer what he wants for the inhalers, and he tells her he wants a kiss, to which she refuses. Kate then tells him she’s seen him with a letter that he takes out and reads every now and then. This seems to spark some anger in Sawyer, and he makes Kate read the letter to him.

Dear Mr. Sawyer, you don’t know who I am but I know who you are and I know what you done. You had sex with my mother and then you stole my dad’s money all away. So he got angry and he killed my mother and then he killed himself, too. All I know is your name. But one of these days I’m going to find you and I’m going to give you this letter so you’ll remember what you done to me. You killed my parents Mr. Sawyer.

After reading it Sawyer asks Kate “Now how about that kiss?” - but Kate doesn’t respond.

In the caves Sayid is talking to Locke about what happened to him the day before. Locke comes up with the conclusion that it could’ve been Sawyer who knocked him out, and although Sayid explains that Sawyer had an alibi (he set off one of the bottle rockets), Locke pursuades him that Sawyer could’ve used a cigarette to time-delay the rocket.

Sawyer arrives at the caves for some water when Jack asks him about the inhalers. It gets pretty heated again and Jack punches Sawyer in the face… not once, but twice!

The next day, on the beach, Charlie is trying to pursuade Claire to move to the caves. The conversation leads to a reveal that she loves peanut butter. Charlie says to Claire that if he can find peanut butter she has to move to the caves.

Sawyer is asleep and wakes up to see Sayid peering over him. Sayid knocks him out and he and Jack drag him to the jungle and tie him up. Sayid goes on to torture him into telling them where the inhalers are, and eventually gives in and tells them he’ll only tell Kate.

When Kate arrives he asks her again for that kiss. She seems reluctant but gives in as she thinks this is the only way he’ll tell her where the inhalers are. After their kiss though, Sawyer tells her he never had them. The book washed up on shore. After a smack in the face from Kate, she joins Jack and Sayid to tell them he doesn’t know where they are.

Sayid thinks he’s lieing and rushes in to torture him some more, but Sawyer now has his hands free and a fight breaks out. Unfortunately, Sayid manages to stab Sawyer in the arm hitting an artery. Sayid rushes off to the caves to get Jacks medical supplies.

Later on, when Sawyer is recovering, Kate goes to speak to him. She tells him she’s read the letter again and that she noticed the bicentennial label on the envelope - the letter wasn’t written to Sawyer, it was written by Sawyer when he was younger.

Sawyer explains that when he was a little boy, a guy called Sawyer conned his parents which resulted in his father killing his wife and then himself. When he was older he got into some trouble and needed some money, so he took on the identidy of Sawyer and became a con man himself. He became the man he was hunting.

At the caves, Shannon is feeling a lot calmer now after Sun made a remedy which uses eucalyptus leaves. Jack thanks Sun for her help.

On the beach, Charlie tells Claire he has found some peanut butter and produces an empty jar. She looks puzzled by this but plays along with the pretence that there is actually peanut butter in the jar.

Sayid walks past Kate and he tells her he’s going to map the island and see what else is out there, and that he can’t think of anyone better to do it than the one person he trusts.

Things we learn:

Sawyer is a con man

Sawyer isn’t his real name

Things worth noting:

The conman that conned Sawyers parents is infact Locke’s father. Sawyer gets a chance to read his letter to him in a Season 3 episode

Character Episode: Charlie

Quick Recap On Flashback:
Charlie is at a church giving his confession to the priest. His confession leads him to the conclusion that he must leave the band he’s a member of, Drive Shaft, as it seems it is a bad influence on his lifestyle. However, when leaving the confession room he notices his brother Liam waiting for him. Liam tells him they’ve been offered a recording contract.

Outside, still discussing the possibility of becoming major rock stars, Charlie agrees to stay with the band on one condition: if anything goes wrong, they walk away.

A while later, when Drive Shaft are major stars, they’re performing live on stage their hit single “You All Everybody”. Liam interferes with Charlie’s solo in the chorus and later causes a rift between the two. Liam reassures Charlie that he is still the rock god of the band and that he was just lost in the moment. Liam then wanders off with a female fan and Charlie notices him holding some heroin.

At another venue, before their show is due to start, Charlie tells Liam that he’s had enough and wants out. But Liam is unresponsive and tells Charlie that all he is is the bass player - nobody knows who the bass player is. Liam storms out leaving Charlie upset and as he sits down he sees some heroin on the table. Touching it, is seems that this is when Charlie’s addiction started.

A couple of years later, Charlies goes to visit Liam in Australia. Liam seems to have a nice quiet life away from the band now, and Charlie tells Liam of an oppurtunity to do a reunion tour. The only problem is, they can’t do the reunion tour without Liam. Liam refuses as he is now a family man, leaving Charlie angry as he walks away from his brother.

Quick Recap On Island:
Charlie is going through the jungle when a boar starts to chase him. He is running away from it as fast as he can until it gets caught in a trap. Locke is there to greet Charlie and says thank you to him, but Charlie tells him he wants his heroin back.

Locke tells Charlie that he will allow him to ask for it three times, and on the third he will give him it back.

At the beach, Sayid has worked out a plan to find the source of the distress signal. He asks Boone to set off a bottle rocket at 5pm and then activate a power cell. He and Kate will go to two other locations on the island and set off their bottle rockets at 5pm also. When all three have been set off they will all activate their power cells.

At the caves Jack and Hurley arrive with luggage from the beach. In an attempt to help, Charlie carries a bag not knowing that it is broken, and it opens and empties its contents. Jack tells Charlie that he and Hurley can manage without him.

Shortly afterwards, Hurley asks Charlie to move his guitar case because Jack said it’s in the way. Charlie is angry about this and rushes off to find Jack to give him a piece of his mind. Charlie finds Jack in a cave and starts raising his voice, but his voice causes the caves to collapse. Charlie makes it out, but Jack is trapped in there.

Hurley tells Charlie to go to the beach for help, and to tell Kate what has happened.

When Charlie arrives at the beach to tell everyone what’s happened Michael and Boone immediately go to help free Jack. Boone gives his bottle rocket task to Shannon. When Charlie shouts for Kate, Sawyer tells him he knows where she is and he’ll go tell her what’s happened.

Charlie wanders off into the jungle to find Locke. Charlie tells Locke what’s happened but has really only gone to Locke to ask for his heroin. Locke tells Charlie a story about the moth - telling him that the moth’s struggle to release itself from its cocoon is natures way of strengthening it.

Sawyer finds Kate and Sayid but Kate gives him a cold hearted response, to which Sawyer decides not to tell her about Jack.

At the caves everyone has mucked in to help, but they need someone to crawl through a hole to reach Jack. Charlie volunteers to do this and is able to crawl through to where Jack is. Jack is fine, but his shoulder is dislocated - Charlie has to help Jack “pop” his shoulder back in.

When Sayid leaves Kate to go to the other position to set off the bottle rocket, Sawyer stays with her and in midst conversation lets slip what has happened to Jack. Kate rushes off leaving Sawyer to set off the bottle rocket.

Kate arrives at the caves and immediately starts to help getting both Jack and Charlie out. Meanwhile, in the cave, Charlie sees a moth and realises there is another way in. He follows the moth and notices some light peaking through. He manages to break through and he and Jack both escape. They arrive back at the caves to a shocked but relieved audience.

At 5pm everyone sets off their bottle rockets, but just as Sayid is about to turn on the transceiver, he is hit over the back of the head leaving him unconscious.

Charlie finds Locke and asks him again for his heroin. As this is the third time Charlie has asked for it, Locke has no choice but to give it to him. However, Locke is proud of Charlie when he throws it into a nearby fire.

Things we learn:

How Charlie got addicted to heroin

Questions?

Who knocked out Sayid? It is later revealed that it was Locke who knocked out Sayid in an attempt to avoid rescue.

Quick Recap On Flashback:
Sun is at a party where Jin is working as a waiter. He passes her a note and meet up in a quiet spot a little later. Sun wants elope with Jin but Jin refuses as her father wouldn’t like it.

A few days later Jin meets Sun and tells her he’s been to see her father and has agreed to allow them to get married. There is a condition though: Jin has to work for her father. This seemed to upset Sun but was happy when he gave her a diamond ring to mark the occasion.

A while after they’re married, Jin gets Sun a puppy as a way of apology for working so many hours. Sun thanks him but wishes for the time when all he could give her was a flower. Before they could get into a proper conversation though, Jin receives a call from Suns father and is called away.

Later, Jin arrives home with blood on his hands and seems reluctant to talk to Sun when she questions him about it. Sun pushes him to tell her what happened, and Jin tells her he was doing a job for her father. He tells her “I do whatever your father tells me to”. Sun is obviously not happy with this situation.

A while later, Sun is at home showing a “decorator” around the apartment, and when they’re in the bedroom she gives Sun some documents and tells her when she’s at Sydney Airport, at 11.15am, a car will be waiting for her outside. She must disappear until her family think she is dead. It’s soon become clear she is going to leave Jin.

At the airport, Sun looks at the clock and has a tear in her eye. She then looks over at Jin who shows her a flower he has in his hand. This gesture seems to have made Sun realise she really loves Jin, and instead of going outside to the car that’s waiting for her, she walks over to Jin.

Quick Recap On Island:
Jin angrily runs up to Michael and starts hitting him over and over again. Sun shouts to her husband (presumably “Stop it!”), but it doesn’t work. Sawyer and Sayid rush to the scene to grab Jin off of Micheal. When Sayid questions Michael about what he did, Micheal tells him he didn’t do anything. Sayid uses the handcuffs to handcuff Jin to some of the wreckage.

In the jungle, Jack, Kate, Locke and Charlie have gone to the caves to get some water. Charlie sneaks away to take some of his heroin when he is interupted by Locke, who tells him he’s stood on a bee hive! Jack and Kate get something to cover the bee hive so that Charlie can go free, but when Jack attempts to cover it, Charlie gets aggitated by the bees and moves - cracking open the bee hive. They all run away to get as far from the bees as possible.

When Jack and Kate get back to the caves they notice two skeletons neatly layed near each other. Jack finds two stones - one black, one white - in a pouch near one of them. When Jack tells them that one of them is female, Locke remarks “Our very own Adam and Eve”.

Jack has an idea that everyone should move to the caves as taking water back to the beach everyday will be tiresome. Kate doesn’t seem impressed with the idea.

In the jungle near the beach, Michael is interupted by Sun who says “I need your help”. To his disbelief (and ours!) Sun speaks English! Sun explains that the reason Jin attacked him was because of the watch Michael is wearing. Michael explains that he found it in the jungle.

At the caves, Charlie finds a quiet spot to take some heroin, but is interupted by Locke again. Locke tells him he knows he’s a drug addict and tells him the Island is willing to give him something (his guitar) but he has to give something back (his heroin). Charlie seems confused, but after pursuasion gives Locke his heroin. Locke seems pleased with Charlie and tells him to look up - Charlie does so and sees his guitar case hanging in some roots.

Michael goes up to Jin with an axe in his hand threatening him. Jin obviously couldn’t understand Michael but just looking at him would’ve scared him! Michael uses the axe to cut the handcuffs in half and gives Jin the watch back.

Later that night, Jack has taken a group of campers to stay at the caves, while the rest (along with Kate) stay at the beach.

Character Episode: Jack

Quick Recap On Flashback:
A young Jack is being held on the floor as he watches his friend get beat up. He decides to get up and help his friend, but the boy that held him on the floor punches him in the face.

When he gets home he has a conversation with his father, who tells Jack that he shouldn’t have tried to help his friend and that he will never be the hero.

A month or so before the crash, Jack visits his mother who tells him his father is in Australia and she wants him to go there to bring him back. Jack tells her he can’t after what he did but she pursuades him to go.

Whilst in Australia he visits the hotel room his father was staying in and finds that he’s left his wallet behind. Jack wonders whether his father hired a rental car but a hotel worker tells Jack that a car rental company wouldn’t have let his father hire a car in his “condition”.

Later, Jack visits a morgue to identify a body of a man who turns out to be his father.

At the airport on his way back to LA, Jack has a confrontation with a woman at the help desk after she tells him they won’t be able to put his fathers body on the plane just yet, but Jack is distraught and needs to bury his father as soon as possible because he “just want(s) it to be done”.

Quick Recap On Island:
Jack is woken up by Charlie who is panicking as there is a woman out at sea crying for help. Jack quickly swims out to rescue her, but comes accross Boone out at sea also. Jack thinks its Boone who was shouting for help until Boone asks Jack if he rescued her. When Jack gets Boone back to the Island he swims back in an attempt to rescue the woman, but fails.

Later that day Hurley and Charlie inform Jack that they’re running out of water, then Boone confronts Jack and tells him he could have saved the woman. While Boone is shouting at Jack, Jack sees a vision of a man quite a distance away, and instead of staying to listen to Boones concerns, he quickly runs after it.

When he catches up with the vision he is startled to see that it is his father!*

At the beach Claire collapses and when someone attempts to get her some water they realise that someone has stolen the rest of it. Locke, trying not to get everyone in a panic, offers to go into the jungle to look for sources of water.

Jack’s father disappears into the jungle and after his shock Jack follows him. He thinks he sees him and runs after him and ends up falling off the edge of a cliff. Luckily for him he managed to hold onto something, and that John Locke appears at the nick of time to offer a helping hand.

Jack and Locke have a discussion about what Jack is seeing, and Locke tells him that just because what he is seeing is impossible, it doesn’t mean it’s not real. He also tells Jack that he’s looked into the eye of the Island and what he saw was beautiful. After their conversation it is clear that Jack needs to catch up with his father.

On his own now, and in the dark, Jack hears rustling in the trees and follows the sound to an abandoned cave where part of the plane had fallen and landed. He finds the coffin his father was in and opens it to find it empty. Obviously distraught, Jack destroys the coffin.

At the beach, Boone goes up to Claire and offers her some water. It soon becomes apparant that Boone stole the water and is confronted by members of the camp. They soon get into a fight but Boone tries to tell them that he did it for the camp so that they don’t run out - then they’re interupted by Jack who is back from his trek in the jungle.

He gives a speech to the camp and tells them they need to start pulling together and contributing, and that “If we can’t live together, we’re going to die alone.”

*Another one of those OMGWTF moments!

Things we learn:

Jacks father died in Australia and that is why Jack was there.

It is Jacks father that Jack has been seeing on the Island.

Mysteries we’ve already seen?

“Dead” People walking around

Questions?

Why is Jacks father walking around the Island?

Things worth noting:

At the beginning of the episode Charlie wakes Jack up to save the person out at sea. Charlie does this because he tells Jack “I don’t swim! I don’t swim!”. But, in the Season 3 finale we know that Charlie can swim because he swims down to the Looking Glass, and in the episode “Greatest Hits” we see a flashback of Charlies father teaching him to swim.

The Numbers:

Character Episode: Locke

Quick Recap On Flashback:
Locke is working at a Box Company and has a boss called Randy who makes fun of Locke because Locke is going to Australia on a “Walkabout” and believes it is his destiny.

Later, Locke is in his bedroom having a phone conversation with a woman called Helen. Locke tells her he’s bought two tickets to Australia, hinting that one of them was for her. This seemed to agitate Helen and tells Locke she’s enjoyed speaking with him but isn’t allowed to meet customers. Locke is upset that she only thinks of him as a customer and it’s obvious he has feelings for this woman, although it’s pretty clear they’ve never met.

When Locke is in Australia he is talking to the guy who arranges the Walkabout and tells Locke he can’t come along because of his “condition”. Locke is outraged and tells the guy that it’s his destiny and as the guy walks out of the room we’re shown that Locke, is infact, paralysed and in a wheel chair!*

*(Probably one of the best OMGWTF moments on Lost!)

Quick Recap On Island:
It’s the middle of the night and Vincent is barking loudly as he seems agitated by something. Most of the camp is awake by now but then they hear noises coming from the fuselage. Jack and Sawyer take a closer look and when they can’t seem to see anything, Sawyer uses his torch to its full advantage - and shines it on 3 boars! The boars are festering at the dead bodies in the fuselage, but make a run for it at the shock of the torch.

The next day Jack suggests they burn the bodies so that they won’t be hunted by the boars again. Sayid and Kate disagree with Jack at first, but after listening to his reasoning they think it’s probably for the best.

When a fight breaks out in camp over the last of the peanuts, it’s soon apparant to everyone that all the food from the plane has gone. Locke says that with some help he can hunt the boars for meat - and shows everyone his case full of hunting knives. I think Hurley speaks for us all when he says “Who is this guy?”.

Kate and Michael join Locke hunting for boar. Kate has another agenda, however, as Sayid has given her an antenna to try to isolate the distress signal, which she will use further inland.

On the hunt, Michael is injured and Locke goes off on his own. On their way back to camp, Kate climbs a tree to use the antenna and while she’s up there she “sees” the Smoke Monster, and it’s heading in Lockes direction.

Locke looks straight at the Monster with fear in his eyes, and he looks like he’s going to be a “gonna”.

When Kate and Michael return to the beach Kate tells Jack that Locke didn’t make it. In the middle of their conversation Jack notices a figure of a man staring at him, and he dissapears into some trees. Jack quickly goes to follow him, and is greeted by none other than Mr. Locke - with boar in tow!

Later that evening the camp holds a memorial service for people who didn’t survive the crash, and Locke seemingly content looks over to his wheelchair which he no longer needs.

Things we learn:

Locke was in a wheel chair before crashing on the Island.

What mysteries are unveiled?

Healing Powers of the Island

“Dead” People walking around

Mysteries we’ve already seen?

The Smoke Monster

Questions?

How did Locke manage to walk again after crashing on the Island?

How did Rose know that Bernard wasn’t dead?

Things worth noting:

The Box company Locke works at is owned by Hurley, and Locke’s boss, Randy, was also Hurley’s boss at Mr Clucks.

We know now that Locke was pursuaded to go on the Walkabout by Matthew Abaddon (who doesn’t appear until Season 4).

The Numbers:

Locke tells Helen he’s been speaking to her for 8 months.

Lock tells the guy in Australia that he’s been in a wheelchair for 4 years.

Character Episode: Kate

Quick Recap On Flashback:
Kate is in Australia where she ends up on Ray Mullens farm. She tells him her name is Annie, which brings to light that she must be on the run. Kate spends 3 months working at the farm until one night she decides to leave. Ray persuades her to stay one more night and he’ll give her a lift to the train station in the morning.

On the way to the train station Ray keeps looking in his rear view mirror and Kate grows suspicious and looks behind her to find they’re being followed by the Marshall. She asks Ray why he would betray her like that, and he says there’s a $23k reward. Kate grabs hold of the steering wheel and forces the car off the road. Before attempting to make a run for it, she made sure Ray was pulled to safety - unfortunately the Marshall had already caught up with her and points his gun at her, where assumably she is now arrested.

Quick Recap On Island:
On the Island, Kate, Sayid, Sawyer, Charlie, Boone and Shannon decide to make camp for the night before heading back to the beach. They decide not to tell anyone about the French womans distress signal and that it has been on a loop for 16 years.

Jack is attending to the Marshall. The Marshall is now half awake and tells Jack to look in his pocket - in there is a mug shot of Kate. The Marshall warns Jack that she is dangerous.

When Kate & Co. arrive back at the beach Sayid talks to the rest of the survivors about what “happened”.

Meanwhile, Kate finds Jack and she tells him what really happened on the hike. Jack doesn’t seem to digest this information properly as he seems more interested in finding out if Kate will tell him about her “fugitiveness”.

Kate goes to see how the Marshall is and he appears to be asleep, but he wakes and attempts to strangle her. Jack interupts and forces him off her.

Outside Kate asks Jack if the Marshall is going to die and if he’ll be in pain, suggesting that maybe they should put him out of his misery. Jack got angry with this suggestion and told Kate he knew that she was the Marshalls prisoner, and that he is not a murderer.

Later, the Marshall asks to speak with Kate alone to which Jack agrees, but Hurley mentions to Jack that Kate has a gun and a panic-stricken Jack rushes to the tent, only to see Kate walking out. He calls her, and when she turns around to look at him, a gun shot is heard from within the tent. Sawyer had shot the Marshall.

Unfortunately, Sawyer shot him in the chest and instead of hitting his heart, he hit one of his lungs, and now the Marshall was in even more pain. Jack had to do what he didn’t want to, and ended up smothering the Marshall to put him out of his misery.

The next day, Kate speaks to Jack and tells him she wants to tell him what she did, but Jack tells her he doesn’t want to know. He suggests that they all died in the crash, and that who they were doesn’t matter anymore, they’ve been given a new life to start over.

Things worth noting:

Kate goes by the name of Annie in her flashback. At the time it seemed insignificant, but later in Season 3 we learn that Ben had a childhood friend called Annie who’s whereabouts are yet unknown. Coincidence?

Michael tells Walt he will look for Vincent when it stopped raining. A couple of seconds later, it stops raining.

The Numbers:

The reward for Kates arrest was $23k

Rays wife died 8 months ago

Character Episode: Multi Episode (Jack, Kate & Charlie)

Quick Recap On Flashback:
The Flashback sees the events that happened on the plane from 3 different points of view (Jack, Kate & Charlie).

Quick Recap On Island:
Jack wakes in the middle of the jungle, injured and bewildered. Despite this, he picks himself up and heads toward the beach to help as many injured survivors as possible.

After he’s helped out, he finds himself a spot by himself to tend to his wounds, when Kate appears out of nowhere. Kate helps Jack by stitching his wound.

During their first night, the sound of the smoke monster can be heard and everyone on the beach is a little disturbed by it.

Jack and Kate decide to head for the cockpit to see if they can find a transceiver and are joined by Charlie.

At the cockpit they find the Pilot alive and he tells them that they were off course when the plane crashed and people will be looking for them in the wrong place. He gives them the transceiver before being “grabbed” and pulled out of the cockpit by the smoke monster.

Jack, Kate, and Charlie make a run for it, but somehow Jack gets a little lost on the way. Kate and Charlie head back to the cockpit to find Jack and notice a body up in the trees. It’s the body of the Pilot, which Jack points out when he greets them.

At the beach, Kate explains they have a transceiver but it doesn’t work and asks if anyone can help. Sayid offers, and later thinks he has fixed it but tells Kate he won’t be able to get a signal at the beach - they will have to go on a hike.

Sayid and Kate are joined by Charlie, Sawyer, Shannon and Boone and quickly come into trouble when they come accross… a polar bear? Sawyer has a gun and shoots it.

When they reach a high point of the Island Sayid switchs on the transceiver to see if it works, and to his surprise he is getting a signal. Unfortunately, there is something blocking it, and when he tunes into the message it is a message that has been looping for 16 years.

The message is that of a French woman, and Shannon being able to speak a little French, translates it to “I’m alone now… they’re all dead… it killed them all”.

The episode ends with Charlie asking what everyone wants to know… “Where are we?”.

Things we learn:

Jack is a doctor

Kate is a fugitive

Charlie is a heroin addict

Sayid worked for the Republican Guard

Claire is 8 months pregnant

Shannon and Boone are brother and sister

What mysteries are unveiled?

The Smoke Monster

The Polar Bear

Questions?

How did Jack manage to find himself in the middle of the jungle away from everyone on the beach?

How did Charlie end up on the beach when we know he was sat near the cockpit when the plane crashed?

Kate has been on the run for three years so how has she managed to sustain a good friendship with someone called Beth?

Easter Eggs?

The tennis shoe being hung in the tree, perhaps?

Things worth noting:

When Kate is asking Charlie if they’ve ever met before Charlie makes a comment along the lines of “You think we’ve met before? That’ll be very unlikely”. Given the numberous connections the Losties have with each other I thought this line was clever.

The Numbers:

Jack tells the Pilot there are 48 Survivors.

He also tells the Pilot it has been 16 hours since the plane crashed.

The French womans message has been playing for 16 years.

Claire tells Jack she is 8 months pregnant.

Wickman/Wax). It isn't an orientation video like the others, and he tells us that his real name is infact, Pierre Chang.

There are bits of distortion in the video, but the basis of it is this: the video is filmed 30 years ago but Chang knows of the impending purge that will kill off the Dharma Initiative (Including himself), that the President of the USA is Bush, and that people will communicate information via something called "Internet".

In this video, off screen, is a voice of the man filming the video and to me, it sounds alot like Daniel Faraday. Now, how could it possibly be Faraday if the video is filmed 30 years ago?

At Comic Con ‘08 they showed a new Dharma video with Dr. Marvin Candle (aka. Wickman/Wax). It isn’t an orientation video like the others, and he tells us that his real name is infact, Pierre Chang.

There are bits of distortion in the video, but the basis of it is this: the video is filmed 30 years ago but Chang knows of the impending purge that will kill off the Dharma Initiative (Including himself), that the President of the USA is Bush, and that people will communicate information via something called “Internet”.

In this video, off screen, is a voice of the man filming the video and to me, it sounds alot like Daniel Faraday. Now, how could it possibly be Faraday if the video is filmed 30 years ago?

Let’s take a look at some Daniel facts:

Daniel is a scientist and is fascinated with the Island

Daniel seems to know alot more about the Islands properties than anyone else

He has hinted on numberous occasions that time on the Island isn’t what it appears to be

He helped Desmond in 1996 when Desmond needed a constant, but Daniel seemed to have no recollection of it until after the event occured with Desmond on the Island - Daniel later refered to his notebook and the words “If anything goes wrong, Desmond Hume will be your constant” - or the words to that effect.

When taking a group of Losties on the boat back to the freighter, he seems to know that “when” he gets back to the Island there may be a problem.

In the new video, we know that Pierre Chang knows of information that could only have been given to him from someone in the future (or someone who is very psychic).

When Ben “moved” the Island, I believe that the Losties/Others etc. on the Island moved in time to 2007/08, but the boat that Daniel was on went back in time 30 years. The Island still appears to Daniel in the right place, and on first look Daniel thinks that everything is fine - until he arrives on the Island and finds that the inhabitants are infact the Dharma Initiative and he has gone back in time 30 years.

This explains his voice in the video, this explains Chang’s future knowledge because Daniel relayed it to him. Now they’ve recorded this video for someone (Charlotte, Miles etc.) to find in the future to help Daniel get back to their time. Whether or not they are successful in helping Daniel is something I’m not sure of.

If they are able to help him, the chances are they can change the timeline and reset anything wrong that has happened.

Or, if you really can’t change the past/future, then perhaps everything that’s already happened will inevetiably happen, and perhaps there is a much older version of Daniel on the Island somewhere. Perhaps, he’s in between places and goes by the name of Jacob?

Seeing as I've got about 7 months to fill until next season I've decided to spend the next 7 months re-watching and reviewing Seasons One up til Season Three.

This site began at the beginning of Season Four and so there have been no reviews written by me about the first (est) 72 episodes.

I've got around 28 weeks to write these reviews and I'm going to aim at writing 2 a week which should bring me close to the beginning of Season Five.

These reviews can't be as long as the others for the reviews written for Season 4 were written from first-time viewing. You can imagine it's been four years since season one so it'll be difficult to write reviews as a "first-time viewing" perspective. But what I will do is write a quick review on the episode, the central character of the episode, and things that have happened in that episode that relate to what we know now.

Also, in between episode reviews I'll be writing about some of the characters who we've met along the way, some that have passed and some that are still alive and kicking.

So, thanks for visiting, and I hope you come back soon to read my LOST reviews and ramblings :)
